Associate Licensed Professional Counselor

Tiffany is an associate licensed professional with two Master’s degrees in Adult Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapy. She is currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions. Tiffany is passionate about helping people work through relationship and intimacy challenges, life transitions, parenting concerns, grief and loss, substance use, and a wide range of mental health needs. She is clinically trained to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, with special focus in couples therapy, sex therapy, and LGBTQ+ counseling.

Tiffany believes meaningful therapy begins with a strong, collaborative relationship built on honesty, authenticity, and mutual respect. She provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel accepted, heard, and empowered to grow. Tiffany works with diverse populations using a variety of treatment approaches and welcomes clients of all backgrounds and ages.

Originally from Indiana, Tiffany has called North Carolina home for the past 20 years. She has lived overseas and loves traveling, especially the time she spends in African countries. Outside of work, she enjoys being with family, serving in local community government, and volunteering at an animal shelter.
