Intensive Outpatient Therapist

Our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) therapists specialize in treating substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns through evidence-based, group-based care. They bring a balance of structure, accountability, and compassion, guiding clients through DBT, CBT, trauma therapy, relapse prevention, and other proven approaches. In addition to leading IOP groups, each therapist also provides individual therapy, offering clients consistent support both inside and outside of the group setting.
