Savannah Toomey, PA-C

Driven by a commitment to excellence, Kiera Slade earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from UNC Wilmington. She believes in fostering a collaborative environment where patients can reach their full potential. Recognized as a Great 100 Nurse in North Carolina in 2023, Kiera Slade is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care that addresses both physical and mental well-being.

Born and raised in Mooresville, NC, Savannah is a compassionate and dedicated new graduate Physician Assistant with a passion for providing mental health care. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry from East Carolina University before relocating to Knoxville, TN, where she completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South College.

Savannah is excited to bring her medical knowledge and empathetic approach to psychiatry, where she specializes in the treatment of ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and depression, providing individualized care tailored to each patient’s unique presentation and goals. She is committed to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys and is passionate about supporting patients through mental health challenges while contributing to their overall well-being. Her goal is to make a meaningful difference in her patients' lives by creating a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Outside of work, Savannah enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, gardening, or staying active. She also enjoys listening to music and reading novels. At home, she values quality time with her husband, dog, and cat.

Savannah is thrilled to be a part of the team and is eager to help patients improve their mental health and live fuller, more balanced lives.
