Rebekah L. Musselwhite, MSW, LCSW-A, LCAS-A

Rebekah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A), licensed in the state of North Carolina. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Social Work at North Carolina State University.

Rebekah brings over 20 years of experience in the mental health profession to GPW Psychiatry, working with diverse populations, diagnoses, and demographics across a variety of settings including community, inpatient, outpatient specialty clinics, and outpatient private practice.

Rebekah is dedicated to supporting those with mental health and substance use disorders to ensure they receive person-centered mental health counseling services. Her goal as a clinician is to provide skills and strategies that foster life-long change and sustainability for her clients.

Rebekah has experience utilizing evidence-based practices including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to empower her clients to move toward change. She also has advanced studies in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and expertise in substance use, specializing in relapse prevention.

Rebekah enjoys running, tennis/pickleball, kayaking, and most any outdoor activity. She is happiest spending time with her two young adult children and the family dog, a black Labrador named Rudy.
