Megan brings creativity and movement into the therapy space, helping clients connect mind and body in their healing journey. Her groups often feature vagus nerve exercises, mindfulness practices, and artistic interventions. She is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused method that helps reduce emotional and physical reactivity to distressing memories. In addition to her clinical work, Megan supervises LCSW-Associates as they grow toward full licensure.
