Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate who focuses on anxiety, stress management, relational conflict, ADHD, neurodivergence, and adjustment difficulties. She sees therapy as a collaborative journey, tailoring her strengths-based approach to meet each client’s individual needs. Drawing from CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed practices, Jessica helps clients build self-awareness, resilience, and the skills to navigate life’s challenges. As a Brazilian-American, she values multiculturalism and language, honoring the unique experiences and identities that each person brings to the therapy space.
