Dustin Williams, DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

With over 12 years of experience as a registered nurse, Dustin has developed a comprehensive skill set across medical-surgical care, neuro/progressive step-down units, mental health, and corrections. His commitment to continued education led him to first earn his Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree, followed by certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). After obtaining his PMHNP credential from Florida State University, he began practicing as a psychiatric provider. He later completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of North Florida, further strengthening his clinical expertise and leadership skills.

Dustin’s clinical areas of focus include anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective and schizoid presentations, and substance use disorders. He emphasizes thorough assessment and individualized treatment planning to support patients with complex mental health needs.

In addition to his clinical work, Dustin has served as a clinical adjunct professor at the University of North Florida for three semesters, mentoring and educating future nursing professionals. He is eager to continue expanding his experience in the outpatient mental health setting and remains dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Passionate about his work, Dustin is committed to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life.
